Matt Guilder is Youth Minister at Trinity Churches, joining the staff team in September 2013. Matt is married to Jenny and they have a young son, Ben. You will find him involved with the young people in our churches and the youth clubs we run, as well as connecting with others in our local schools and elsewhere around Meole and Radbrook. When not doing youth work, Matt’s passions include competitive sport of any kind, running, and curry. He also loves watching comedy, and has performed in a few live stand-up comedy gigs.

Judith Clarkson is the Children’s Minister at Trinity Churches and has lived in Shrewsbury and been a member of Trinity Churches with, husband Steve, for over 20 years. She has 3 grown up children who have all flown the nest and spread far and wide. She has had the role of Children’s Worker for the last five years and enjoys all the variety and challenges of the job, working with families and children in the church, local schools and community. Walking in our beautiful countryside or playing music are the ways she spends her spare time when not visiting family and friends and she can often be found in bandstands during the summer months either playing the clarinet or wielding the baton trying to keep order.

Carol Booles is the pre-school worker. She is married to Keith, they have lived in Shrewsbury for many years and their three children have grown up here. She runs the toddler groups First Steps (Radbrook) and Trinity Tots (Meole Brace). Her role includes supporting those families bringing their children for baptism and when required she runs various crèches for outreach activities. Carole has recently been authorised as a lay minister with pastoral responsibilities.
