Thank you so much to everyone who came to both of our Glebe consultations this last fortnight. There were just under fifty people at the back of church for the first meeting, and over hot drinks and cake we were able to listen to each other and talk about how best to use the Glebe Field. Say One For Me is a regular church activity. A few people make door to door calls around the parish to invite householders to submit prayer needs on a specially printed card. Most people are very responsive and there is some friendly banter. Sometimes cards are dropped back at designated points and the prayer team at Cafe Connect as well as those who regularly attend parish prayers pray.
