The Church of Christ the King (CTK) began life at the heart of Radbrook Green in the year 2000.
Meeting in the Radbrook Community Centre at 1030am on a Sunday morning, CTK is a church with a deep commitment to worship God and make him known at the heart of Radbrook Green. Whilst the Church doesn’t have a dedicated building of its own, you’ll find its people meeting in Radbrook Community Centre, serving coffee in Cafe Connect, and making a difference in the many different networks of people who live and work in the local area.
There are a number of different groups and events which make up life at Christ the King, including “First Steps” Toddler group on Thursday mornings, Wednesday afternoon community tea (monthly), “Open the Book” school assemblies and the Refresh ‘messy church’ event on a Sunday afternoon (six times a year). We are also part of the wider parish, and so can enjoy being part of the wider family of God’s people across Trinity Churches.
Peter Hubbard is the minister of Christ the King. As well as being Minister of Christ the King and Associate Vicar of the parish, he is also Chaplain at Prestfelde School, where he works on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
